Kentucky psychology board reprimands Patrick H. Brown

On September 12, 2011, the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology reprimanded psychologist Patrick H. Brown, M.A. for a violation of state statute and administrative rules in “interacting with a client by engaging in physical behavior toward the client which is demeaning or harassing; this violation involved [Brown’s] use of force in interacting with the client,” according to the Board’s document. In addition to reprimand, Brown shall pay $500 as reimbursement to the Board for its investigative and legal costs. He must also undergo practice supervision twice monthly for two years.
