Filed under: Uncategorized — Psych Crime Reporter @ 11:54 am

On November 23, 2011, the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (“Division”) suspended associate professional counselor Joanie Lynn Jones for a period of at least three months.

According to the Division newsletter, Jones violated the conditions of a July 2010 probationary order against her license when she engaged in conduct, including the use of intoxicants, drugs, narcotics or similar chemicals, to the extent that the conduct might reasonably be considered to impair her ability to safely practice.
