On August 16, 2012, the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists took the following disciplinary actions:

Suspended Beryl J. Rushefsky for practicing on a delinquent license and entering into an inappropriate business relationship with a former patient. Rushefsky was also ordered to pay an administrative penalty and to retake the psychologist’s Jurisprudence Exam, among other terms and conditions ordered by the Board.

Reprimanded David D. Landers and ordered him to pay an administrative penalty. Landers rendered a child visitation recommendation without conducting a child visitation evaluation.
