Texas psychiatrist Lisa C. Routh surrenders license

On October 18, 2013, psychiatrist Lisa Carole Routh voluntarily surrendered her license to the Texas Medical Board. The Board had pursued disciplinary proceedings related to allegations that Routh violated the standard of care in her treatment of patients; failed to cooperate with Board staff; and engaged in substance abuse.
